As Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Roberts is charged with the leadership of the following areas: Agent Recruiting, Agent Training, Carrier Relation, Field Life Sales, Call Center Sales and New Product Research and Development.

Mr. Roberts has worked in the insurance industry since 1982 in various capacities, including: Direct Marketing, Lead Development, Agency Development and Sales Training and Management. Prior to coming to One Life America, he served Union Bankers Life Insurance as Senior Vice President of Marketing overseeing a hundred plus member staff and responsible for overall sales of over 900 field agents and 16 agencies.

Mr. Roberts has also served in executive positions with Guarantee Reserve Life Insurance, Irish Life of North America and Lincoln Insurance. He attended Purdue University and holds a certificate from Purdue Professional Management Institute. He holds an LUTCF designation.

Mr. Bachmann has over 35 years of sales and marketing experience with the last seven years as a certified agent in the Life and health care insurance industry.  His experience and industry knowledge enables him to respond to the needs of our customers and work with them in developing a plan that is best suited for their needs.
